We offer two convenient ways to receive your delicious treats from Ann's Home Bakes KK. You can choose to self-collect your order or have it delivered directly to your doorstep. Our self-collection point is conveniently located at Lintas Square, Kota Kinabalu. For deliveries, we partner with Grab Car Express to ensure your order arrives fresh and on time.
Delivery coverage and costs
Our delivery service covers the Kota Kinabalu and Penampang areas. Delivery costs are approximate and typically range from RM10 to RM18, depending on the exact distance to your location. Please note that the price of the cakes does not include delivery fees.
Ordering and availability
To ensure we have ample time to prepare your order with the freshest ingredients, we kindly request that customers place their orders at least four days in advance. This allows us to craft your homemade cakes, desserts, and cookies to perfection.

We want your Ann's Home Bakes KK experience to be perfect from start to finish. Please remember that most of our cakes are delicate and contain less sugar, requiring special care. They need to be chilled immediately after pickup or delivery. It is crucial to avoid exposing cakes to heat, such as leaving them in a hot car or a warm room. When transporting, always place the cake on a flat seat or surface to prevent damage.
